New Builds.

Ballyrobert 2

Our clients purchased a redundant farmhouse and run down collection of farm buildings, with the intention of building a new forever home to raise the young family.

The house was designed and positioned within the site to ensure that the existing mature trees that surround the site were retained as was a small stone out building.

Its traditionally proportioned front façade proudly addresses the entrance and road, guest parking kept in front and homeowners parking slips around the side to a carport and garage

The mass of the building conceals the large private family garden to the rear.

Within the dwelling, formal traditional room functions address the front, and a large modern kitchen / living/ dining area reveals and opens onto patio areas and into the family garden. This space is the hub of the house and is the centre of everyday practicalities of living. A playroom opens off it, allowing the kids to stay close by and allows for toy storage to be out of the main living space, and boot room accessed from the carport leads to the laundry room.
